Reaching your career plateau can bring a thoughtful provocation in you. One moment you feel so motivated  to deliver your tasks & the other moment you feel bored to even take up any task. It is essential to recognize that your job has reached dead end & its time to change your path to get back to brighter days. You simply hate Mondays

So if you become anxious when the weekend is over, it is the first sign. You think “ oh gosh, again I have to attend that long & boring Monday meeting”. When you love your job, you are super excited to start a new workweek. Discover your passion & make it as a part of your career. If you are not the one who is eager to be an entrepreneur, find a job you are capable of taking up &  get paid well for your services. Otherwise you will find stress cropping in. Your learning curve is stagnant
